Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our ranch warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
